In Case Everyone Hasn't Seen It Yet......?

Question

Here it is again.....

Everyone has to cross this river in Japan. Here are the rules:

1) Only 2 people can be on the raft at one time.
2) Only mom, dad, & cop know how to operate the raft.
3) The sons can't be with their mom without their dad present.
4) The daughters can't be with their dad without their mom present.
5) The thief (in stripes) can't be with anyone in the family without the policeman present.
6) Everyone has to make it to the other side of the river.
Click the big blue circle to get started, and to move the raft, click the pole with the red tip on either side of the river. Have fun!

I'll post the solution tomorrow for those who can't figure it out. If anybody wants more than 24 hours to give yourself an aneurysm trying to figure this out, let me know BEFORE I post the answer!

The only clue that I can give right now is that you'll start and end with the thief.

I did it in like 2 minutes. I love puzzles like that. I'll post the answer:
First you take the cop and theif across
Now you leave the theif there and take the cop to the other side
Now you take the cop across with a son
Now take the theif and cop back to the other side
Next take a son and the dad across
Then take the dad back
Next take the mom and dad to the other side
Now take the mom back
Now take the cop and theif across
Then take the dad back
Next take a daughter and the mom across
Now take the theif and cop across
Then take the cop and a daughter across
Bring back the cop
Now take the theif and cop across

Congrats, you did it. Now they put their hands up in the air a bring them down and repeat. Sorry but I spotted a couple of mistakes in there because after I got it the first time I had to do it again and check it. I think I just typed it wrong. (lol actually I just didn't want you to know the answer yet, but you can tell I got it because I told you what they do at the end)

Lets call everyone by their initials ie. G for girl, B for boy, T for theif, and P for police shall we.
ok here we go
P & T go first and P come back on his own
P & B go the other side with P & T coming back
D & other B go to the other side with D coming back alone.
M & D go to the other side now with M coming back on her own.
We have now two boys and the dad on the other side only.
P & T go now to the other side letting D to come back.
M & D go to the other side with M coming back.
M & 1st G go to the other side with P & T coming back again.
P & G go now to the other side and P comes back on his own
inally P & T ride the raft to the other side to joint everyone else.

That was awesome! My husband, 7 year old, 9 year old and I worked together to do it and got it figured out in about 15 minutes! Couldn't do it again though....
