the remote is rca (rcr412s) the tv is sanyo, i tried everything the holding the tv button and pressing codes everything nothing works it was programed before but it got messed up when i droped the remote i cant remember how i did it the first time Hepl!!!!!!!

you can go to this website http://www.rca.com/customerservice get the code from the remote control code finder. Press the button for the device you are programming input code release the button and press power to test. There may be more than one code to try.

Press Tv then release press search and release then press tv and power buttons back and forth untill it turns off then press enter i think thats right if not try search first then tv.

find the code for the tv and the remote togheter theres is different codes from tv for each brand of remote

where are the instructions? If you lost them, go online and find them. Take the batteries out and start over.
