What do u mean by Arabians? Do u mean Arabs? Also in Islam shaking hand is forbidden for men and women who are not first family members such as brother or sister or uncle or aunt.. But that doesn't mean mistrust. That is just a religious thing.

Because in islam any kind of touch between man and woman who are not blood related is considered to lead to sex.
The whole society and religious belief is sexually oriented.
So everything in this religion or arab people is sexually oriented.

people's instinct is to learn from experience and if there has been a negative they learn from it if they are smart. There has been a LOT of negative media brain washing against Arabs and if people are influenced by that they are not smart!

It will be better to respect others ideals, religion and etc. I have many Arab friends, I respect their believes and they respect mines. Never to judge a book by its cover.
