5 piece chicken nugget or grilled chicken sandwich??? is there a huge difference???

^ I don't know why but MaryJane's Sandwich values are doubled in the above response...

Calories: 5 nuggets = 220; Grilled sandwich = 370 (mayo!)
Fat: 5 Nuggets = 14 grams (fried); sandwich = 8g
Sat. fat: nuggets = 3g; sandwich 1.5g
Trans fats: nuggets = 1.5g; sandwich = 0
Carbs: nuggets = 13g; sandwich = 44g
Fiber: nuggets = 0; sandwich = 2g
Protein: nuggets = 10; sandwich = 31
