well everyone has a chance of getting shot down...my boyfriend said that its scary sometimes asking girls out...because they are afraid of getting shot down... how many times have you turned guys down?...they probably felt like a geek then just do it there is a first time for everything right??

You simply don't. you always run the chance of looking dumb and acting like a geek and always, always run the risk of being shot down. That is the reality of life. You just have to do it, though. You will strike out 9 times out of 10, just like eveyone else.......but that 10th time will be sweet.
