It doesn't matter anymore - as long as you set aside a day to spend relaxing and focusing on God and His blessings then it doesn't matter which day you choose.
Mark 2:27-28 (NLT)
Then he said to them, "The Sabbath was made to benefit people, and not people to benefit the Sabbath. [28] And I, the Son of Man, am master even of the Sabbath!"
Luke 14:5 (NLT)
Then he turned to them and asked, "Which of you doesn't work on the Sabbath? If your son or your cow falls into a pit, don't you proceed at once to get him out?"
Jesus healed on the Sabbath and the Disciples picked grain on the Sabbath - I think that the Sabbath is whatever day you spend dedicated to God.

The Sabbath Day is simply the Lord's Day. Under the Law of Moses, the Sabbath day was established as the last day of the week: our Saturday. When Jesus rose from the tomb on that Easter morning, the Sabbath was established as the first day of the week for Christians, because the first day of the week is now the Lord's Day--a holy day. In fact, all holidays are Sabbaths, or holy days. The real purpose of a holiday is to remember the works of God to Israel and to worship him. Any day can be made holy simply by worshipping God and honoring him with good works.
You should really try to read the Bible more often. The more times you read it, the more you will be able to understand it.

Saturday is the Sabbath, There is no such thing as a Christian Sabbath. Sunday is, according to the bible, "The Lord's Day" (I Cor. 16:2; Rev. 1:10). It is the day of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. We do not rest on Sundays, we worship. We are not under the law anymore (OT), we are under grace(NT) Galatians 3:10-11. If we tried to follow the law, we would fail miserably.

I believe that the sabbath is Saturday, but no one really knows for sure. But if i had to say a day, it would be Saturday, not Sunday. Keep the Sabbath day holy.

Sabbath means day of rest. Different beliefs have a different day of rest.
I have personally found it helpful to take both Saturday, and Sunday. Rest on Saturday and then study/worship and WORK for the Lord on Sunday.

Sabbath = Rest.
Today we follow that the Sunday is the rest day so it be for the sabbath day. It depends when is the day of rest. Some other countries are not resting on the Sunday but in a different day.

Saturday is the last day of the week; the day God rested. Puritains made the sabbath Sunday, the pagan day to relax and worship the Sun God to more easily assimilate pagans into the fold.
