She can't reach it her self, she says she feels if she "goes all the way, she'll lose "control". Alcohol doesn't help. We have all kinds of toys and techniques but nothing....almost but not complete. She loves sex with me but I want her to have the best it can be.

Maybe you just need to be patient with her and wait one of these days she may surprise you but I think it will be when sex is spontaneous and maybe even a little rough that she can forget everything else but the heat of the moment. Is she a very busy woman??Too much in her life to shut down the mind and just let the body be in control??

Some people just have serious control issues, and she's saying what they all say "if I go all the way, I'll loose control" it's not about lack of ability or her inhibitions. Alcohol won't help. She has to learn to give up a little of the control issue. Maybe suggest a position or technique that will put her in charge a little more. Until she stops being such a control freak, it's not going to happen.

have her see a doctor. she may have a "hooded" clitoris. it could be that the neighbors might hear too. do you both live with others, like parents? take her to a secluded spot in the mountains and try that. could be she just needs a woman to get her over this hump. that could work out to both you guys benefit. it could even be that YOU are trying too hard and she's subconsciencely picking up on it. this isn't going to be easy. if all else fails, seek professional help or see a sex counselor at a local university. they will actually watch you and monitor what you are doing right & wrong and give you their evaluation. if you both love eachother, it'll be worth a try. find out what gets her closest to an orgasm. if its a vibrator, then buy her the most ultimate one out there. its called the Sybian. it'll shake her so good her back teeth will come out.

Alcohol won't help. In fact it may lessen her ability to reach orgasm. Has she explored this by herself??? I mean alone, without you even in the house. Sometimes there is just too much mental pressure. It totally makes orgasm impossible to reach when you are TRYING SO HARD. There are books on this, does she have one?
Once you stop being concerned about it, and just let it go, it might be easier for her to reach it. Especially if she explores this by herself, away from you, first.

Try alot of other things like 4 play b 4 u actually start to do it maybe it takes alot if excitement 4 her. The sure way tho is to go down on her what makes females have a orgasm is when theres alot of movement and friction on the clit

Not many woman get orgasms!!! So its normal!!! If she can't get them, then there isn't anything you can do about it!!! It doesn't mean she don't like it, it just means she has a problem that millions of other women have!!! Its very rare for many women to have orgasms!!! You and her don't need to worry, if you like ya'll can go the some sex classes than can help sometimes!!

She has the best chance of having one if she learns to do it herself with you not there first. There are great books out there to help women with this problem. You should just be as supportive as possible and help her out if she feels embarrassed doing something, like buying a toy or buying the book.
Someone once told me they used a book called "For Yourself" by Lonnie Barbach and it worked for them. It's good your supportive but nobody can do this for your GF except her. Good luck.

okay, you weren't to specific with the problem but in my opinion you should push your d*** all the way inside her and grind against her while she moves against you at the same time, whatever you do don't change ryhthym or positions, just stay on top and really push and grind honey, that should do the trick.
