would it be okay to eat just celery for breakfast, lunch and dinner..o and drink water with the celery.

No. You're getting no nutrition whatsoever...your body needs nutrients to survive, and calories. If you're looking to become anorexic...this would probably be a good start.

You would end up with soft bones, problems with your teeth, hair loss, dry skin, bleeding....this is not the way to go for weight loss.

Exercise...healthy balanced diet...

No. Celery is a negative calorie food. It's takes more energy for your body to process it than it provides. If you did it for a short period of time (a couple of days) you'd be ok. But, if you did it for an extended period of time you are risking your health.

no. eating celery produces negative calories, meaning that it takes more calories to eat it than it gives you. sounds good you think? no. although lowering the amount of calories is good, not getting enough calories is detremantal to weight loss and overall health. it is not a good idea at all.

Now what do you think? If you want to eat healthy you need to eat from each food groups. balance and proportion size is key.

Mmmmm.... No.

you need some other nutrients... put some steak, some cheese and a bun on it and then you can eat it for every meal
