just go buy a bottle of $2 buck chuck at trader joes... litterally $2.

Easy simple........

large bottle.....I use an old 5 gallon water bottle....

buy apple juice when it's on sale........makes the best easy kick-butt wine...

wash bottle with bleach....
add juice to within 3 inches of the top...

toss in some yeast.....any yeast works, but you can get special brewing yeast if you like... I have many times used regular baking yeast....

stick a balloon or a condom or a waterlock over the top of the bottle....keeps air out.... yeast when it ferments creates CO2 so check it daily and keep fresh air out...


2 -3 weeks later it's wine.....

True wine involves grape juice and fermentation; you could follow the above suggestion (with the apple juice), but it would probably end up tasting like bad grape juice with alcohol. Also, please be careful that the jug doesn't explode - increasing pressure in a closed container can be dangerous.

well, if you desire to have a bit of wine, tell your wife her cooking sucks. she'll whine until your ears hurt.
