Lose weight? Personal experiences from you or friends that worked, just need to lose about 8 pounds. Help. :) Like running up and down stairs, anything.

Do more exersizes than eating, eat more earlier in the day and less later in the day. Drink more water. Lay off the snacks. Don't buy anything fatty; only have healthy foods in your home, so you won't be tempted.

When I want to lose a quick 5 to 10 lbs, I cut out the carbs...I only do it for a few days and then gradually work my way back to what I was eating...I have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 months and now I am not dieting at all and it is staying off...I swim for 1/2 hour everyday with my daughter, and drink 1 glass of water before each meal 1 during the meal and one after...just remember before, during and after.

If you know your blood type there is a great book called - eat right for your type- you don't have to give up all your favorite foods just eat more of the ones that are good for you--- the book is at most bookstores and at the library...
Remember, if you lose the weight to fast you may end up gaining back double of you go on some hoaky diet or use pills.
Stay physically active. Cardio workouts also help to burn fat.

every time u go sumwhere where theres an elevator,escalator,and stairs take the stairs even if u dont want to...dance....doesnt matter how jux ..dance...eat everything u want to eatb4 5:00pm..thts when ur food digest fat..and after 5:00pm if u are still eating the fat jux stays there until worked offalso drink plenty of water u better say bye to the soda and juices and whole milkdrink at least 4 bottles

i just begin to spend some time walking and jogging when i have the strength and drive. I also began to watch what I am eating. More salads vegetables water less fries fast foods. In doing this I have been able to lose about 15 pounds in the last month and a half. hope this helps.

Do cardio first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, for at least 20 minutes.

Eat small meals with few processed foods. Include lots of veggies and eggwhites.

Do more exercise in the evening, either a fitness class or weight-lifting or yoga.

Diet and exercise.

Do thirty minutes of cardio a day in the morning.

Eat 5-6 small portioned meal each day. Lay off the saturated fats and simple carbs.

drink 8 8oz of water a day. walk/run at least 2 miles a day and cut back on ur carbs. do something that makes u sweat because sweating burns calories.
break up ur meals. instead of eating three big meals a day eat 6 small meals like snacking throughout the day. hope this helps

Skip pop and sugary drinks
drink lots of water
don't obsess over the scale - I use my clothes for the judge
Stay away from fast food, eat fresh food instead.
Bike riding is pleasant exercise.

actually from my exp. i think doing stomach crunches works the best, because its like a healthy tight abs wouldnt exept a burger, fries and soda.
WOULD U GIVE THIS A BEST ANSWER?
