I hope you mean dyed and not died although it certainly is possible to kill hair cells or damage them. If indeed you mean dyed the answer is yes. I would however choose someone you know to be reputable since you will be getting bleach very near your eyes with the brows.

Any salon that dyes hair will also dye your eyebrows. Most will even dye your facial hair if you want them to.

I'm not sure about penneys but I do know that people get them dyed to match their hair. A cousin and a friend do however, i never have.

yes you can,and they will even remove facial hairs,and do the eye brows too. anything you want done they can do.
