sounds ok to me, water will make it look darker, as long as things turn back to normal when they dry its ok. many towels even look darker when they are wet.

My dog's coat is about the same color as a yellow lab and when I give her a bath her coat turns darker even when she's dry.. She wasn't that color when we first got her so I'm almost wondering if I have hard water.. It's the worst right down her back.. I have city water so it could also be something in it..

most dog's fur turns darker in the water, kinda like how people's hair are like. Sum ppl's hair gets darker in the water as well. It's normal.

Fur and hair do tend to turn very dark when wet. I wouldn't worry, especially if she seems to be having fun.

it maybe like human hair like whenever my hair gets wet it turns allmost a dark dark brown and my hair is blonde. it might be just the way the water reacts to the dogs hair.
