I was talking to my girlfriend on the phone and i accidentallt sneezed right into the reciever.... could i have gotten my girlfriend pregnant?

She won't get pregnant but whoever uses the phone next will. So make sure you disinfect it just to make sure you don't get a family member pregnant.
