ok friend
it is simple
u can go to tools menu of your intenet browser
then select Manage add-ons
then select the name of the toolbar
and disable it

now u can think better
try to find the toolbar in add remove program and unistall it
if not found it

go to run
type regedit
in registry windows select my computer
in edit menu select find
and find the name of the toolbar and delete every thing you find about the toolbar or that site which open as popup

Step 1.Your computer surely is infected. Till you fix the problem do not use this computer for doing purchases, any financial transactions, money payment, etc.
Step 2. Install Mozilla Firefox from www.getfirefox.com, and till you fix your it, do not use IE.
Step 3. Update your antivirus, and let it run a full system scan

Well, the only things I can think of to help you get this crap off is eather scrape it off manualy, (Search your computer, or just browse it) or Get Ad-aware and Spybot, scan your pc, remove any crap that they pick up, and then try and uninstall it again.
