Just ask her. Tell her that you think you're ready to have sex, and that you'd like to know if she's ready too. Don't pressure her, and if she says no, respect her decision. Be open, honest, and understanding, and even if she decides that she's not ready yet, she'll at least know that she can trust you when she is.
Also, use condoms every single time, no matter what. Good luck! :)

in a conversation, casually bring up your feelings towards her. tell her how much you love her, etc and in your own words ask what her thoughts are about "becoming intimate", immediately after that question reassure her that you do not in any way want to make her feel pressured or uncomfortable or unhappy in any way. she is precious to you and you want her to be happy regardless of how she answers. this way, she'll be more likely to say yes because she'll know she is in control and will probably want to say "yes". just a thought.

If you both love each other, then it'll happen in time. Probably when you least expect it. What guys need to understand is that most girls want it just as bad, they just don't want to move first. But if you touch her "happy spot" and she doesn't move your hand, then there's nothing to tell her!

Make her feel comfortable, say you are ready to take the relationship to the next level, don't force the issue though. If she's not ready... she's not ready.

you don't have to tell her. It will happen when you both are ready. She may not be ready or she would have made a move to do it with you
