I can't stand how guys are so hypocritical!?

I've been on Yahoo answers for several weeks now and I've read alot of questions. I'm noticing a trend though, that I don't particularly care for. Occassionally I'll read a question about a guy saying he wants to cheat on his wife with this girl, or he's dating two girls at once who should he choose..or whatever. And the answers for the guys are almost always something superficial like "Go with the girl who's got the bigger boobs!" or "Go to the one who's better in bed!" But when a girl asks the same kind of question, everyone calls her a wh*re! Why the hell is it ok for a guy to date two girls at the same time but it makes a girl a wh*re if she dates two guys at the same time?!

The only real answer to this question is that (a lot) guys are inherently hypocrital regarding relationships. I wouldn´t like to generalize and state that ALL guys are hypocritical because I know that´s not true. I think it´s mainly an immaturity issue. Mature, responsible MEN do not act hypocritical and do not judge us regarding our relationships, especially if they´ve done the same or worse. Open-mindedness comes with age and security.

Good question.

First off, we live in a male dominated society, even still. One sex will always be dominant, I doubt we will ever be totally equal.

Second off, we can look at instinct. A little known fact about ALL animals (save certain types of tape worms) is that they cheat. Every male wants to cheat and have as much sex with as many people as possible. Sound a bit out there? Not quite. Just think back to your biology class in high school. When you learned about evolution and natural selection, what was considered the "best" animal when compared to others in its species? The animal that had the most offspring. Wouldn't it make sense to want to have as much offspring as possible?

So why is it accepted more often then? Well, just think of it this way: If we lived in a female dominated society, then the females who wanted to cheat would be the ones who got away with it.

Plus, even though both males and females think about sex the same amount, they view it differently. To girls they want something romantic. To guys, they want something as sexually pleasng as possible.

My sweet dear guys brains are boob oriented. And for the most part guys are just plane stupid when it comes to women. They think the more the marrier.
They never concider the girls feelings, I too have wondered why it is all right for a guy to play around and that it is not all right for the girl to play around.
Maybe it is just the male ego I wise I knew dear.

idk but not all guys are like that... my advice: just ignore the hypocritical ones. if you get mad at them... you'll just get dragged to there level of immaturity
