Well, food poisoning is a risk whenever you consume raw food, but it's probably a low one if the meatloaf was prepared correctly. If it was made entirely out of beef, then you're fine. You experienced what it was like to eat a bit of beef tartare, which is a very popular dish and very raw to boot, so this'll probably end up being one of those "I swallowed a bug, ewwww!" types of experiences where you think it's really gross and your body just thinks it's more protein to happily digest.
If your meatloaf was made out of some other meat, such as pork or chicken, the risk of food poisoning is higher. Chicken tends to carry more salmonella and pork has traditionally carried parasites within its flesh, but honestly our farming and harvesting procedures these days make even the "increased risk" a very low one--and I mean one chance in several thousand of coming across infected meat low-- especially since your body is set up very well to kill things (believe it or not, that stomach acid isn't to digest food, it's to kill anything that happens to be living in what you ate, your body relies on specialized enzymes to digest everything).
Just don't stress it, since that's a lot more likely to make you sick than the food you ate is, and keep an eye on things. Chances are you'll digest it just fine, have a good poop, and life will go on uninterrupted. If you start to get sick, though, then go to the doctor and tell him what you ate. They'll know what to look for after that.
And yeah, much like other people here I prefer my steak Pittsburgh style (so sear over screaming high heat on one side 30 seconds, sear on the other 30 seconds, and bring me the thing still bloody and room temperature underneath). I eat them that way all the time. The only time I get sick from steak is when they're overcooked, and that's just because they taste revolting to me. You should be just fine.
Things you don't have to worry about, though... you don't have to worry about Mad Cow Disease. I know there was a huge scare in the media about that, and frankly someone at the USDA should have had their @$$ chewed for starting it, since it's virtually impossible to contract the disease from eating the meat of an infected cow. You have to eat the nervous tissue of the cow to do that.

If you only took one or two bites before realizing the meatloaf was raw, you should be fine. If you ate the whole thing, I won't lie to you, then you will most likely puke it up. That is ok. That's your bodies way of keeping poison out of it's system.

Probably nothing. Beef is usually pretty safe raw, but I don't recommend doing that in the off chance you get sick. Ground beef, like in a meatloaf is not nearly as safe as like a peice of steak raw, though. Just don't pull the same stunt with pork, turkey, or chicken though.

It depend on the condition of the meat. Seeing that you ate a whole meatloaf and didn't know it wasn't cooked, it probably wasn't too bad. You probably will become slightly sick, but I dont think you'd get food poisoning.
Try drinking a glass of distilled/spring water. NO TAP WATER,

Unless you have an autoimmune problem or a weakenened immunity, the worst that could happen to you is diahrea. E. coli is a problem with ground meat. Steak tartare and Kibbe are raw meat dishes that are served in restaurants. There could be a risk if ground pork was in it.

Probably nothing. If the meat is fresh it will be relatively free of any harmful bacteria like E Coli. Cooking meat kills many of the bacteria present in it. Today's standards for meat packing are pretty strict and I doubt it'll harm you. Worst case scenerio...you're in for a long night. Pick a cozy spot in your bath room.

If you are a really clean person you will probably get sick. If you are a filthy individual help yourself. A filthy person has a stronger immune system than a clean freak.
