So, according to the other Christians' answers, it is ok for married people to enjoy sex, sex isn't only for procreation, but sex is created for two people who love each other, but sex ouside of gay marriage is wrong? If the only argument against homosexuality is "the Bible says so." The Bible says a lot of things, do you accept them all equally? Paul also says women shouldn't wear their hair braided or wear jewelry, do you abide by that? If not, then does that mean you are judging some things as applicable and other things not? What is the basis of that?

oh come on, from reading your blog you sounded like you had at least half a brain but now I doubt that. First of all, there are 2 weeks each month (part of a woman's period) when she is simply not fertile. So during that time it doesn't matter how many times they have sex and for what reason. And it most likely takes having sex more than 2 times just to conceive 1 kid.
Maybe you're just jealous that we actually enjoy making love to each other without having to worry about unwanted kids (because we want them) and about sexually transmitted diseases.
by the way... we know that you don't have to believe in Jesus to be good, but you do have to believe in Him if you would rather not spend eternity in Hell. I know you probably don't like to hear that, but I didn't make the rules. If you're sure that heaven and hell are just baloney, then you don't have to worry, but if you're not sure, well you might want to think about it because eternity is a very long long time.

This is a ridiculous question. Food is only supposed to be to fuel the body - do you only eat when you're hungry and just enough calories to get you through the day?
Homosexuality is not wrong because it's sex for a purpose other than procreation - it's wrong because the Bible says that God doesn't like it and the one example in the New Testament of men having relations with each other the Bible said they were given over to a "reprobate mind".

Actually the plan is that we'll only make love 2.7 times in a lifetime. But then we get lucky because it doesn't always take.
I think that's where that "get lucky" thing comes from.
Of course, some cheat with "the pill". But that's not Catholic

Gay marriage is against God's standards because it is considered contrary to nature.
Sex relations between married couples is for their enjoyment just as much as it is for child bearing.
Proverbs 5:18-19 “Let your water source prove to be blessed, and rejoice with the wife of your youth... Let her own breasts intoxicate you at all times. With her love may you be in an ecstasy constantly.”
1 Corinthians 7:5 “Do not be depriving each other [of it], except by mutual consent for an appointed time, that you may devote time to prayer and may come together again, that Satan may not keep tempting you for your lack of self-regulation.”

Christians don't believe that sex exsists only for procreation!!
They beilieve that homosexuality is wrong because it states so in the Bible, the book of the laws to live by.
It's that (heterosexual) sex is what makes us like God, the power to create life. And by using that power outside a union endorsed by God is to mock Him.

I am Mormon. God gave us the gift of having sexual relations (with our husband or wife) for two purposes: to express love with each other, and to procreate. There is nothing wrong with expressing love/pleasure that way, as long as it is between and married man and woman.

Well, that is only if each time it is done you have a successful conception.
I wish Christians could answer like that instead of just attacking and defending.
