I think it depends. On the height/weight ratio, and the way it is carried. I have seen some "big girls" who are HOT!!! To me, it is the "sag" factor. I do not know what you look like, but working out ALWAYS help.

ermmm guess your in the UK then...well a woman should look good and feel good, but overweight is not only a health risk but just doesnt look feminine to me, guess i like them small cos im small myself, so for me personaly a woman at about 5'5 shouldnt be more than 8 stone 5 and i would consider her over weight if she was 9 stone 5 at that height..... but as you will see peoples opinions will vary wildly

Actually, you can find this out via equation. Your Body mass index (BMI) is the amount of body fat based on your height and weight.

http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

BMI Chart:
Underweight = less than 18.5
Normal weight = 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight = 25 -29.9
Obesity = 30 or above

5 ft tall anything over 9 stones is overweight to me.
I'm 5 ft and 7 stone but I consider myself fat so I guess it all depends on how toned you are

The muffin top. This is a look (in England) where women wear jeans a size too tight so that their midriff spills over, rather like a muffin in it's case. Doesn't matter what size, age, or jeans, it's out there....and I think it's overwieght.

Girls, don't do it!!!

Go to http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ and click on the Adult BMI Calculator. Fill in the info and it will calculate for you what is considered overweight in women. I think it is pretty accurate. I consider myself in the normal range and I also come out normal on the BMI Calculation.

Check out this site. http://www.healthstatus.com/calculators.html every health calculator you will ever need.

Overweight to me has more to do with your own goals and your body. Pounds shouldn't really be a factor, it should have more to do with how you look and feel.

I think everyone is different.
I'm 180lbs, but I am also 6'1
So if a woman who is 5'1 was 180lbs, then that may be considered fat.
Muscle also weighs more than fat, so numbers are only numbers
