I was written up before for the same thing. In order to save my job I signed the write up. Is all of this legal?

I would talk to several lawyers. they will at least hear you out and tell you if they can help. This is a consultation and most lawyers do it free. You need to ask for copies of all of your paperworks, including your dismissal slip and write ups...work attendence records would be great too. They have to by law do this. You should also be eiligible for unemployment. I would try and seek a lawyer's help ASAP.

Baby, if I can say such a seat of love in my heart for all that has gone wrong with this project of God's will to Perfection, but he had to weed out the desires that caused INFECTIONS, (not realizing that in order to residual diseases, then one must realm that circular of existence, 'It is the Last time...for all that is in the World, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the pride of life, (Gr. bios, but all elements are triune to the Atom, so man fell short), 1 Jn. 2: 18, 17. And, yet, we see the effects of promise that your heart doesn't have to weary any off balance, CHON, carbon, 6, nitrogen, 7 oxygen, 8, to hydrogen 1 (ONE?:), there's the off balance. Where that element is full at the core of the Earth, America did a good work, Alamogordo, NM, a female to come. And, then Hiroshima, and from the East, The Son of Man, out of a 'Bottomless Pit,' Rev. 9: 1. America gave birth to the Spirit of Wisdom, Eph. 1:17, Pr. 9: 1-12, All being that she is lower than mankind, thereby a sacrifice, Mt. 12: 42, is less than 43, so she has no choice, and residually resides in servitude to life, and the heartbeat of One, being life Everlasting, (she is the least in the Kingdom, empty, so that all of this world One touches to correct, she will bare within His correctiveness. Humbly, and such a gift of God is measured by the clouds, Mark 13: 26. So, hang on, it's prophecy, 'At the End of Days, I, Nebuchadnezzer, 'lineage the Biblical bloodshed from Irag, Germany, France to Britain, Schwarzenegger, is the son of the Fathers which God deems will exonerate the forefathers of their sin, the most difficult task, than all of man's illnesses.

this falls under the disicrimitory law. If you can prove you medically have this then they cannot discharge you on this. This would be like an employer cannot fire someone that has mental problems. Go talk to your union rep or to a lawyer.
