NEITHER
' Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.'

Alright, I hate it when a guy gets so jealous if I even talk to another guy.. come on, relax. There is a major difference between being territorial/jealous and being cautious. It's nice to feel protected, but don't be way too overprotective so that your girl cannot talk to any other guy... I mean sure it's cute when you see your boyfriend get a little bit jealous, but please, don't overdo it because like in magazines and stuff they say that that could lead to an abusive relationship, and your girlfriend might take your jealousy and protectiveness the wrong way!

Territorial is protecting your woman from other men because you, as a man, know how they are and what they are up to. You don't want anyone else messing with your woman. Jealousy is not trusting your woman and feeling like she might be cheating. Women love a man that is territorial but still gives her some space.

In my opinion jealousy is when a guy doesn't like their girl to hang out with a guy friend. They get irritated or angry when they do. This is not attractive at all. A girl wants to be protected and cared for not possessed like a slave or something.

In my opinion, being territorial is a lesser degree of jealousy. I mean if you see a guy moving in on your girl, you move over to let him know she's taken, but if she wants to have lunch with an old friend you aren't going to tell her she can't. True jealousy comes in when a guy doesn't want his girl to hang with anyone of the opposite sex, which isn't fair nor right. A girl should be able to hang out with whoever she wants. If the guy trusts her then it shouldn't matter.

I'd have to say that being territorial is far better and more attractive than jealousy, as long as it isn't taken to an extreme. I mean everyone needs room to breathe. That way the girl knows she is safe and protected when she is with the guy, and also knows that he isn't going to flip out when she has coffee with an old guy friend.

They're both attractive to me. However, I think there is a difference. Jealousy stems from someone wanting something that another person has, while being territorial is about keeping what you already have. Many times, men and women misinterpret jealousy for territorality when concerning relationships. For example, when men flirt with a guy's girlfriend and he gets angry, it's not him being jealous, he's just angry that someone's moving in on his territory.

I think being jealous is a guy not wanting his gf being a hoe and flirting with other guys. Being territorial is saying "this is my gf, all other guys better know that." I dont think either of them are attractive at all. Guys need to be more secure with themselves. They try to put it off on the girl saying shes a hoe and so on but sometimes the guy has maybe just been burned in the past and hes taking it out on his new relationship.

Being protective is attractive to me. If some jerk starts flirting with me while my man is there then I want to be protected. It shows that he cares and is willing to fight for me.

Some gals like to make their man jealous, not me. This only leads to trouble. So if I give no reason for my guy to be jealous then it's certainly a turn off.

As far as a man being territorial, I can't stand it. No one owns anyone. I generally think these types of men are abusive, either phsyically or emotionally, and no woman deserves that.

Jealousy, u hate a guy moving in on your girl, and tend to beat the **** out of any guy who would even stare at your girl. Territoriality: Telling others to simply back off. To me Territoriality is attractive. Jealousy is just anger.

To a certain extent it makes a girl feel protected but too much makes us feel controlled. I don't see a difference between jealousy and being territorial and a girl isn't territory.

Jealousy is just being uncomfortable when your other half speaks to the opposite sex

Territorial is being angry when someone gets to close to the intimate relationship and not letting any one outside the relationship in while not letting the person in out

Protective is guarding the relationship against something you think might hurt the relationship or the person

And yes i think a protective man is very attractive

Neither is attractive in a man. It's scary to have someone be so insecure that he's jealous, and worse that he thinks you're his property so he's territorial. Makes me wonder how soon he's going to start pushing everyone out of my life and then turn into one of those control freaks who won't let me go to the bathroom because he's afraid I'm going to leave him--never happened to me, but it's the natural progression of either of these unhealthy traits.
