that is uncommon, yet fairly accessible. desirable to ask your physician, incredibly in case you ave indicators (ectoptic pregnancies do not continually take position on domicile being pregnant checks) yet listed right here are some articles. "am i able to be genuinely certain an egg gained't slip by? regrettably, no. about one out of four hundred women receives pregnant in the course of the first ten years after their tubes are tied. (An egg has a lot less chance of slipping by once you've your tubes closed by cauterization or burning.) in case you do change into pregnant, be certain to work out your physician immediately away; there is an higher possibility that you're going to have an ectopic being pregnant, the position the egg implants itself outdoors of the uterus, usually in between the fallopian tubes."

If they weren't burned at the end yes. sometimes cut and tied makes it more sure that you don't get pregnant.. but every once in a while.... a determined egg or a determined spermy get past the tied tubes!!! i'd suggest taking a home test... or going to your doctor if possible.. better safe than sorry!

Possible and more likely than you would think. Until recently, physicians would clamp the tubes but did not cauterize the ends. A tube could have reattached, take a pregnancy test to be sure.

You could. It is rare but possible. Back then they just tied the tubes now a days they also burn them to be extra sure.

yes, I believe back then they didn't cauterize the falopean tubes, they only cut them? This way instead of the eggs releasing into them they released into the body and were simply reabsorbed. There have been cases where after time the body some how repairs itself in a way and so the eggs resume their previous course.

Yup. It's rare, but if they just tied your tubes and didn't remove a piece and cauterize...definitely has happened. Same with a vasectomy. Rare..but happens.
