you go to the control panel and look for the tab that says remove/add programs and click it it will ask you if you want to reinstall the progam

Uninstall the old version.
Put the disk in.
Reinstall

If it is not on a disc then you will have to locate the executable file that you used to perform the original installation. Once you do, then simply rerun it.
