Can this be the first hurdle to combat this evil world we live in , Spiritualism talks about finding uconditional love between our race and many other things.

As spiritualism (small s) has many meanings and Spiritualism (Capital S) is a religion, philosophy, science organized and legalized. Spiritualism as a way of life is certainly progressive.

If you think of spiritualism as a kind of religion, then it is not the way forward.
If you think about it as your key to your own path towards Enlightenment - then it is the way forward.

Do you mean being spiritual (good thing) or contacting the dead?
I don't feel comfortable with the latter, you could be contacting anybody and you are inviting them! Let the dead be dead, I say.

Because you can learn just as much with out leaving as many people out! It is not nice to not include people. Didn't you mother ever teach you to be nice and include all the children and god says that we are to respect our parents!
