If he was god, and god knocked mary up, then christians worship a motherf***er. But if he was the human son of god, then why worship him, when we are all gods children?

God "gave mary the gift of a baby", so then I can rape a woman and call it a gift? No, he did her, no gift.

To me, Jesus was the son of God, but not God. I've always believed this, because when I was young no one ever told me that Jesus was supposed to be God, just that he was the son of God. He didn't knock Mary up. He gifted her with a child. So that child could send a message that he couldn't. Jesus could've been anyone. But I suppose he thought Mary was the purest person to raise this child. Someone who wasn't going to raise bad kids. (Even though in the Infancy Gospels, young Jesus knocks a childhood friend off the roof, killing him, but he's so charming no one believes it). So if God gave some harlot a baby, she might have raised a child who would use his charm for the wrong reasons. To take over the world maybe. So to me Jesus is like God's best child. Definitely God's favorite child.

Jesus is one of a kind - there is no other like Him. He was, and remains sinless, the eternal only begotten Son of God. He is also the Door to the Father - "I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6). And the best news is that if anyone will call on Him for forgiveness, He will do it - if they are sincere.

First of all, none of us are born children of God. We are in fact born children of satan. It is only by being born again that one becomes/inherits the sonship - a child of God. Jesus is the Fathers only begotten Son, given to us humans to serve as a ransom (the perfect sacrafice) in the hope that thru our belief in Him that we might become children of God - believe it in your heart and confess it with your mouth. We become children of God by being born again and by received the Hold Spirit of God the Father. It's all in the bible, check it out. Good luck and God bless.

Before Jesus was born, the prophet Isaiah prohesized the coming of Immanuel:
old testament:
Isaiah 7:14
Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

then the new testament:
Matthew 1:23
"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" —which means, "God with us."

Apostle Thomas answered it best...
JOHN 20:28,29
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
