yes! take it back immediately and demand a replacement vehicle or your money back, provided your wife didn't run over something and damaged a brake line or whatever? if she did run over something and caused damage, your stuck. if not, then you have the right to back out or get a replacement. demand that you be allowed to inspect the brakes with the Manager present to verify theres no physical damage. have him pull up all the history too. there may have been a previous brake problem you weren't told about. if you don't get what you want, ask for the General Manager or the Owner of the dealership. if you still get nowhere, call Ford immediately. they have a customer assistance number the dealer HAS to give you. by all means, if your in the right, don't accept that vehicle and drive it off the lot again. if they are a good dealer, they'll handle it on the spot.

Lemon Laws. use the reason of "my families safety is at stake". they do not need any more lawsuits for families being injured in their crappy cars. my company at one time had 10 windstars and E-350s in their fleet and most of the time, there was at least one on the way to the shop, in the shop or about get out of the shop. best thing anybody can do is not buy ford. be persistent, they will tell you that you signed the contract so its yours but ask for a mediator supplied according to the lemon laws.

i understand you will possibly not have confidence it yet ive seen this.that's plausible to by twist of destiny placed your brake pad on backwards with the steel touching the rotor as a replace of the friction cloth.Dont think of you're so good which you couldnt have made that mistake.I even have seen a powerfuble tech try this yet he caught his mistake on his attempt tension formerly it became back to the shopper. If that isnt the difficulty, you're transforming into a rubber brake hose on that wheel it fairly is undesirable on the interior and protecting tension on that wheel.formerly you pull the wheel off to look-jack it up-carry close wheel at good and backside with the two arms.Pull out with one hand and push in with the different on an identical time-then different way of your push-pull.Any unfastened play is a undesirable wheel bearing or ball jont.

yes you can. don't listen to anything the manager says or threatens to do. there is a legal time limit for circumstances like these and it is much longer than six hours. GET OUT OF THAT DEAL NOW!

Do you have a warranty? Get in touch with Ford directly if you have to. There are "Lemon Laws" in most states.
