Anyone know some good practical jokes?

Classic: take an old wallet, with a dollar peeking out of it. Tie it to a strong light cord (nylon fishline is best, it's almost invisible.) Leave it out on the sidewalk where someone will walk by and try to pick it up. Then give the cord a yank and watch them try to chase it!

George Bush goes to a primary school to give a speech.
After his talk he offers question time.
