No, it will not happen. English will always be maintained the national language. I doubt there will ever be a hispanic majority (over 50% hispanic) as we have such a mixed country. I think English will always rule as the main language. The only reason their population continues to grow is they know nothing about birth control and keep popping out the babies and can barely care for them (typical). With increased border and immigration measures, they population will start to decrease or remain flat. Don't worry about spanish becoming the main language as Caucasions will always still still the money and power which the hispanics cannot get.

No, because learning language in school really doesn't seem to work, especially when forced. Look at Canada: I have maybe six years of French and can't speak it at all. Waste of education funds. Same thing will happen with Spanish, and you'll have a bunch of lost teachers, stumbling to pronounce and teaching students to butcher the language.
Don't do that to a beautiful language. Let people go on the street and learn it by contact. It will work better.

Nope sorry but I think that the language here in AMERICA is ENGLISH and that's what we should speak. I think this country needs to keep some of it's heritage and one of them should be our language. I know that the Latinos are going to say I'm just being prejudice, but my sister-in-law is Spanish (from Spain) and is teaching my children and I some Spanish but we are not being forced and we shouldn't be. We also help her learn better English and she likes all of us learning from one another.

No... I don't think they should be forced. We should give the kids a choice of what language they want to learn. The fact of the matter is that this is still America. Not an extension of Mexico. I took spanish in school... I don't remember most of it. But, its more than learning a language... you also learn about the different cultures. I don't think children should be forced to learn about that. There is a whole world out there.

English is our official National Language. My friend is moving to Europe, so he's gonna learn the language. No different here, except people are gonna want to have 2 National Languages, like Canada. I don't think things will change but what do I know? All sorts of loopy legislation get put into motion every day. We put up with stupidity. In this country, who can know.

No, English is this country's national language. However, I think that anyone who can speak a second language, any second language, has more chances for success in life. Learning a language has been linked to better scores in math, more musical ability, and just make the person more understanding of another culture.

I think everyone should be able to speak English first. If they want to live here, then they should learn it. Why should Americans have to learn Spanish? I do think though that they should teach foreign language starting in kindergarten.

Immigrants should learn English. We are an English speaking country. Italians don't come here and expect us to speak Italian - or any other group of people for that matter - just those who speak Spanish. Sorry...not doing it!

nicely, i think of the subject is Black human beings experience like White human beings took away their lives, extremely they style of did. inspite of the reality that it is not our fault immediately, via fact we weren't there, it lasted for such a brilliant number of years that it grew to become a hate concern. I basically think of that all and sundry ought to settle for one yet another for who they're, no rely what colour they're and basically attempt and enable the previous circulate. it is not each and all of the White human beings's fault, there are White human beings in slavery too. however the factor is we extremely need to settle this race concern. i'm fed up in listening to human beings ***** approximately it. I understand the two facets, the Black human beings have hatred subjects in direction of the Whites, the Whites are tried of being blamed for issues their ancestors did and that they did no longer do. I basically think of if we ought to all positioned this in the back of us all and sundry could be happier. Hell, what with reference to the Indians that the White human beings killed and locked away. Do they no longer have some say of their subjects to boot. It bothers me that their over looked and all and sundry else isn't.

Considering the current political climate here in the U.S., It might be a better idea for schools to teach Mestizos how to pack luggage for an extended vacation in " Mexi-hole ".
