If you are on weight loss pills they can cause symptoms like that. You should not have headaches and feel bad. Drink lots of water and eat 5 small meals a day. You also might want to check with your doctor, this diet may not be good for you and even if you lose weight you may gain it back after wards. I would also check into getting started on a vitamin or some kind of supplement.

What kind of weight loss plan are you on. Don't forget that if you have decided to cut the salt out make sure that you use just a little. Your body needs it. Also if you have cut a massive amount of caffine out, you might want to try at least one drink a day. If your body is used to the caffine it will counter act with giving you a headache if it has no caffine. Make sure that you are not cutting out what your body needs. I think that when you start cutting back on foods your body reacts different. I can't imangine that you are having food withdrawls, but sillier things have happened.

Start taking multi vitamins.
Your body is withdrawing from food. No word of a lie.
If you just started then it will take a few weeks to get use to everything. Remember to take vitamins... Make sure you are getting a lot of protein and not skipping meals...
Other than that, you are going to feel soooooo good when your body gets use to the change... Keep it up and dont quit!!!

GOODLUCK

lol all u want but in a way yes. Your body has been used to so much food input so many times a day. Your cutting that down so your body has to make up for it. Keep it up u will feel awesome soon enough. If you are taking any medication to help u lose weight im sure thats whats causing it too.

A headache probably means your not getting enough of something. Make sure you eat small balanced meals throughout the day. Do not do any diet that tells you to cut out any of the necessary foods. If it keeps up, talk to your doctor.

No it is not normal. You should stop that diet. All you need to do to lose weight is just eat healthier, more veggies and fruits, less sugary fatty foods, and exercise (cardio, cardio, cardio). Drink lots of water! Do aerobic workouts everyday for at least 30 min. Trust me, it will work much better than the diet you are on and you will feel good!

You are withdrawing from the toxins in yoru body. your body is addicted to sugar and fat and to cope with it you have a headache. It will pass in the next 36 hours and if you can get threw this phase you are golden. Just drink plenty of water!

It is possible to have headaches from caffeine or sugar withdraw. But it is not right to feel bad. I hope u are not starving yourself. You can lose weight while eating healthy. What ever you are doing you need to change something.

Is the answer from your body to starvation. The best thing to loose weight is not a diet, but a change in eating habits, and a excersise routine. Of course it takes time but the results are excellent.

Yes, Your body becomes dependent on carbs and sugars, sometimes they say it is like a drug addiction, give it 2 weeks to a month and do your best to avoid those foods and you will feel like a new person, then you can have them as a treat but do not go over board or you will be back where you started!, For me it was pasta and potato cravings.................Good luck!
