Low Carb Low Fat and hit the gym three times a week for 30 min. cardio and 20 min. of weights especially for your arms and abs. You have plenty of time and you will look fab!

My vote is for Weight Watchers. You can lose a llittle bit slower but keep it off. It's a wonderful support group. Basically it's portion control and eating better. You can still have sweets, just count the points! Good luck! You're going to look beautiful on your wedding day!

I did a diet. I lost 50 pounds in a year. I cut out junk food, soda, salad dressing etc. I would eat fruit for breakfast, a sensible lunch, dinner, and popcorn for dessert. I also would exercise for 20 minutes on an elliptical trainer.

Since you have a year eating healthier and exercising will be a lot better. Plus it will give you more stamina and a more youthful appearance. You will feel happier and your skin will glow. So being healthy will help you a lot more. Worrying about a way to loose it faster is just unnecessary.

Moderation in eating and just keep track of your calorie intake. It will go a long way in curbing your eating. Combining exersises like lots of swimming, weight training, and cardio will help too. If you are dilligent then you'll lose the weight in no time.

I did weight watchers before my wedding and lost 35 pounds in 4 months. Just follow the plan, I ate sweets and drank alcoholic beverages. All in moderation.

Pills and fads don't work.
Stick to your eating healthy and exercise plan... That is the best..
I lost 80lbs doing this in a year... I feel great and I know I did it all on my own...
