LONDON BROIL
Servings: 8 (5 1/2 oz. each)
4 lbs (2 large) flank steaks
FOR THE MARINADE (makes about 5 1/2 cups):
16 oz (2 cups) salad oil
8 oz (1 cup) soy sauce
8 oz (1 cup) Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp dry mustard
MARINADE INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for marinade; blend together well. Place flank steak into marinade. Use small enough container to allow flank steak to be completely covered by marinade. Marinade 24 hours minimum and not more than 4 days or flavor of the meat will be overpowered by marinade
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat grill to 360 degrees F for 1/2 hour.
Drain marinade from meat. Reserve marinade up to two weeks if needed.
Grill flank steak to medium rare. This will take approximately 10 minutes cooking time total. Hold cooked flank steak in warmer if necessary.
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice cooked flank steak at 30 degree angle 1/8-inch thick slices: This is essential to keep flank steak tender.

My favorite recipe:
4 chicken breasts or thighs
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees
2. Wash and dried chicken.
3. Rub with Lawry's Seasoned Salt
4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes for breasts, 35 to 40 minutes for thighs.
5. Serve warm.
I love this recipe because it is easy to make, especially for a busy work week.
For baking, I can substitute Seasoned Salt with:
* Lemon Pepper
* Garlic Salt
* Roasted Garlic
* Crushed herbs and butter
* Spices
* Salt and Pepper
* Fresh lemon or lime slices
* Crushed fresh fruits and marinade over night (Kiwi, Mango, and Papaya are the best choices for chicken and pork. Pears and apples are the best choices for beef and pork. Orange slices are good with fish fillets)
For steaming and boiling, I like to use:
* Chinese spices
* Soy Sauce
* Rub with salt and steam on top of uncooked rice
* Serve with Ginger and Onion Sauce.

I like to make peanut butter and jelly sandwich crackers. First you get two salted crackers and then you spread peanut butter and jelly and that's my recipe.I have another recipe it's name is peppermint candy crunches gum.First get about 6 or 10 peppermint candies then you smash them and then with the gum you stretch it into a circle and then you put the smashed peppermint candies into the gum as much as you want then you could chew and the gum tastes like peppermint.(you could chose any type of gum but it has to be big and stretchy.)

Peanut Butter Fudge
I like the way my husband and my sons face light up when they see Peanut Butter Fudge! They love it. I prefer Chocolate Fudge myself, but I'm out numbered around here, lol.
