Sometimes my stomach is hungry and I know I should eat, but when I'm running an errand, often times my stomach likes to growl and at times the growling could be SO loud others could hear. How come the growling sound has to be So freakin loud? Why can't it be silent?

Hee. If your body is feeling a certain way you should pay attention to it. It's the sound of your stomach churning with no food, since there's only empty space the sound resonates a bit louder than if it was full of food.

Because you are not listening to your body so it is on the verge of eating itself.
