Does anyone know the amount a bad check has to be before its a felony in the state of pennsylvania?

Depends on each State's Ciminal Code which is usually based on a dollar amount. Look up your state's criminal code on the internet. Oh, and it also depends on if the check was yours or you forged it of course.

it can be ANY amount, if it was a bad check and its cashed and you didnt have the funds to cover the check when you wrote it, its not only STUPID but its a felony
