Is our expectation for love and life running our lives or does reality hit us in the face sometimes. When we refuse to see reality is that okay? When our brain sees reality and it doesn't match our expectations do we feel sick?

yes its our expectations tha hurts us.if u love someone u give dont expect in return.your problem is that u expect something in return.u v no issues wid giving love.and why should someone else give u love, its their choice.
so if u get back love be gratefull
failing which giving love is never an issue

You get out what you put in. We all have the right to have expectations. If you know your self worth and believe, hope, dream, pray, play and laugh, then you can cry, grieve, get pissed or be sad and know that if someone or something doesn't live up to our expectations that life does go on.Most importantly though, don't mix seasonal people up with lifetime expectations and you'll never be disappointed.

Yes to all of your questions. At 50, I have had all my dreams come true, my worst nightmares come true, I have hoped for more than I got & got more than I wanted. Life is like that but I love my life even with it's flaws.

the subconcious mind is a powerful thing; it can be a haven or a living hell because we plant that seed of positive or negative and it very well can grow from the thought process...understand that saying...be careful what you wish for, cause you just may get it is very true....
