Hey, at least it's better than "I'm gonna f**k her brains out" right?

First of all, meet some better guys.
The baseball analogy orginally applied only to "second base." In the era of the Sexual Revolution, it was a hip way to say that while making out with a girl you fondled her breasts. Think of a randy teenager who is trying to "steal second," or pushing his luck beyond just kissing.
For whatever reason (love of metaphors?), the analogy was extended to include a lot more sexual acts. Personally, I don't think the terminology really stands up. For one thing, some baseball players go entire seasons without hitting a "home run!"

OK guy use baseball terms about sexually success is a easy way to hide what their girl will or will not do in bed for no man wants the other to know what his woman will or will not do in the bed for it will give his friends away in if you know what i mean

Guys are very visually stimulated beings. We use the analogy of America's pastime because it helps to paint a mental picture of the situation and helps to associate "The bases" w/ sexual mile markers! And just like baseball....once you cross home plate, you score!
So to answer your question. I don't know why guys refer to sexual achievements as a baseball game. But i hope the explanation I provided helps to explain it a little more clearly.

Depends on the maturity level the guys you date.
But all things aside, the reason and kind of conversations they have is no different than when girls get together and talk about the men they've been with. You may not use the same kind of metaphores, but still the same. I should know. I was raised by women. They may not use the same language, but can more creative than men.
You know what I'm talking about...:)

Not all guys. In reality most guy's that I know don't even know what the bases even refer to, but the home run thing is pretty obvious. I imagine it was something uttered by some alpha-male jock type then forced on his peers and it goes from there. Imagine the freak that decided that "cool" was something good, or "phat" you might know what I'm getting at, but please don't paint all guys with the same brush.

Question seems a little foul to me. To score with a girl you need to catcher first, second you need to pitcher your best line, and drive it home. Preferably you want to either walk or run first to get things started. It really has nothing to do with baseball as far as I can tell, that is rather immature.

The real strange one is why baseball is used for that when during puberty it is used as a distraction from sex

in the early 1920's it was a way for men to ask each other questions about the women they were dating, without being disrespectful or rude to the women they were dating, or ruining their reputations.

It's an easy way to relate to the subject without actually explaining anything.
