I don't think you are over wait. Probably all the weight is coming from all the muscle you have. Muscle weighs more then fat does. So i don't think so. As long as you eat right and excercise then i think you are in great shape.

Weight should not matter if you are active and healthy. Talk to your doctor about your feelings about weight. A lot of girls who are active weigh more because of muscle. You do not weight a lot at all. Though you are 14 and a little on the shorter side you dont sound over weight to me, but again talk to your doctor about what a healthy weight would be for your age and lifestyle (sports). 103 is small for an athlete. Be well.

It sounds like much of your weight is in the form of muscle mass -- which you would be naturally building as a result of all the sports and exercise you do.
At 122 lbs., I wouldn't worry about what the number on the scale says. It doesn't sound like you;re fat -- remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
It sounds like you're a very fit and healthy girl. I wouldn't worry too much about your weight -- your fitness level is a much more important thing.
If you're doing pretty heavy weights in the gym, and you want to "muscle down" a bit, then you may want to think about using lighter weights and doing more repetitions per set -- that will tone you down more and will help you lose a little weight.
But it doesn't sound you absolutely need to do that -- again you seem like a very fit and healthy girl, and you don't seem fat. I bet you are carrying that 122 lbs. very well.
Weight is a misleading statistic, especially for people with your high fitness level. Don't worry about it -- it seems like you're doing fine and taking good care of yourself!

Most charts that show "ideal" weight do not take into account a person's muscle tone. Since we all know that muscle weighs much more than fat, a very active person could be well over their target weight and still be perfectly healthy. I would suggest finding one of those body fat charts that uses measurements (waist, hips, neck, etc) to compute your BMI. That should more accurately tell you where you stand. But if you feel like you are where you should be, then that's all that's important anyway.

If you have 4-pack abs, then you may be overweight, but you aren't fat. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat, and if you're body has a lot of muscle, then that contributes to your weight.
You have worked hard for a strong, athletic body. Don't ruin it by trying to diet, or take weight loss pills.

Your parents are right. Usually if you have all that muscle (wow!) you will naturally weigh more. My friend's sister has a problem where she is seriously underweight, so the doctor makes her do lots of exercises to build up some muscle so she can put on some pounds. So, don't feel bad! And if you have a four-pack, you are definitely not fat. :)

on average if you are 5 feet you should be approx 100 pounds. you should be about 5-7 pounds for every additional inch.
you should be around 110-114, doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 115-119) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (132-147), when you reach 30% (148-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese

no your are not overweight!
You have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat! so if you do so much excercise and especially if you have a pack, i bet thats at least 10 pounds of your weight. So you see, your reallly not overweight at all. Either way, you seem to be a healthy girl so thats all that matters.

if you're seriously strong, muscles weigh quite a bit so that might add the pounds to the scale.
if you're healthy and you can do everything you enjoy (especially sports) then you're definitely not overweight!
feeling healthy and good about yourself are a very good indicator for having the right weight!
