Lately after race walking, te bottom of my feet, the pad area under my toes, has been really aching. Is this from bad tennies?

you have to learn to roll our foot, from heal to toe.

i think that from the race walking the inside of your shoe is getting wore out so i would get stuff the those gel foot pads then it will also be comfortable for you

The padding or supports may be breaking down. Might want to consider new insoles or new sneaks.

If you don't have the proper running shoes or fast walking shoes then that might just be why.
