As long as your not having sexual feelings towards her I suppose you shouldn't be too worried. It's not a crime to acknowledge that another person is good-looking, even if you are related. Ever seen the episode of friends when Ross tries to kiss his hot cousin? Yeah don't do that and your good.

finding someone attractive is one thing regardless of relations. People say people look good all the time. I have a cuz who is FINE! But now dating ur cuz is another story or messin around..I guess if you from Alabama. LOL it's fine to say it but not act on anything and as long as you aren't saying it to everyone all the time
