ok, where can i find blue high lights that r permanet in the hair, i need a place somewhere in st.augustine, or around jacksonville

im not sure but i had purple highlights for about 3 mths ..................not on purpose though! but it actually looked pretty good, diffrent you know

Blue? You don't want that to be permanent. When you hit 30, you'll say what a dumb idea. You need blue to come out for job interviews, weddings, motherhood, etc. After you pass 60 you may want blue tint, but that is a whole different issue....sweet layloni.....

well heres what i do how bout u check it in the internet and search stuff like where u could find permanet hair color
but i dont know if it will work !

Sally's beauty supply has a whole isle of hair dye and I have seen blue. Give them a try.
