Unless you want to go w/a St. Patties Day theme, you would probably do best w/ a dusty rose or some other color. W/ the sage green in might be cool to go w/ a bold color, like royal blue or purple. Congrats!

A great color with sage green is deep purple. You can get really pretty purple tulip which are very much springlike. You can add pink or cream accent flowers, but stick with ferny greens and tulips.
Hydrangea arrangements are very nice. So you can pair sage green with a pale blue or lavender.
You can go with sage green with a all lavender theme including lavender ice cream!
You can go with Sage Green, White, and golden yellow and gold. Then you can go with white calla lilies.
Another idea is to do sage green and pumpkin or burnt orange and embrace St. Patrick's Day. Again you can use tulips with various color of green and oranges or orange and green dendrobium orchids.
Working with sage you can pair them with apple blossoms.
Another idea is go a little bit more casual and earthy by going with potted sage (russian sage is pretty) and other herbs.
For an evening wedding, sage and brown are very, very elegant pairing with cream. Then you can go with deep chocolate (or black mini lilies) and cream calla lilies as floral arrangements. Your bridal party can do sage or brown dresses.

I would go with sage green and pink and use pink roses with ivy. Or pink tiger lillies with ivy, or Pink roses, saffron, canterbury Bells, Fern, Ivy, white rose Buds, Rossed Greens.
I also think sage green, pink, and chocolate brown would look great together.
Pretty much you can do just about any color. You can always use silk flowers.

Green and Pink are always nice.
Blue
light purple go well too..
Just make sure they are the same shade and almost any color will look great. Also, sneak over to home depot or a paint store and steal color chips. That way you can see the two colors together!!

Sage and Champagne would be elegant!
Use Calla Lillies for flowers. Lovely :D
You maids can carry hand-tied bouquets of green and cream hydrangea- tie them up w/ a champagne toned satin ribbon.
Congrats on your engagement!!!

Try cream and pink for flowers. Cream always goes well with green, and pink (along with the green) will give it all a nice spring feeling.
Congratulations!

You can try different shades of green, like the pale green of the cymbidium orchid, or go for impact with a bright red (like the standard red rose). Those are just a few suggestions. Hope they help!

sage green and a silver or even gold would go good with it. or even black and white would go with it too.
for flowers, i would try and find some clovers to put in your bouquets and even on the tabletops as part of your centerpieces.
it would be a beautiful wedding whatever you do..
hey. you can always sew a lil shamrock in your dress if you are irish/good luck..
Good Luck and Congrats!!!

kalla lilies with lots of green would look nice, touch of yellow roses ( with lilies will look good) will keep it fresh and in spring tone. If you prefer something more bold- think of red color - red roses will stand out but you will still keep green for St. Patrick's Day
Congratulations
