Don't women realize that if a guy isn't attracted to them before the boob job but he is after that he is probably interested in only one thing? Women don't want a guy like that do they?

Women do that the same reason they get train wreck dump truck guys, when they say they want the buttoned down stable guy who will get them a home in the burbs with a white picket fence. Women are not as sophisticated or emotionally superior to men as they claim. And many are as muddle to the deal in the deal as a gold fish in a bowl surrounded by mirrors. They make up all types of excuses for getting a boob job; better fashion, prevent sagging etc. Fat people get fashion creators to make super plus size. Those not well endowed could get Fashions made for their flatter chest. They say self-esteem. Why is their self-esteem not earning more money, getting better grades, inventing something? Because some hot guy at the club can't see it or would not care. A boob job is for one thing only. To please men because women(again in muddled thinking)believe 85% of men like big balloon t*i*t*s. Give me bra-less firm pencil test passing 34B and it is 1,000,000 times sexier than some big hard foot ball shaped 46DD plastic monsters. Yes.....sadly to say many women want shallow thugs with the brains of garden slugs. So long as he adds pop, and zip, they can forget all the times he has embarrassed them or cost them money.

Vanity is the key here.
First, the implants are done out of a vain need to attract men.
Secondly, vanity comes into play again when they are only attracting shallow men because they know they deserve better.
Beauty, vanity is thy name!

Sorry ... but I don't think women get breast implants to "impress" guys or attract more ... !
It's about self-confidence and making themselves feel better .. that's the only reason I would do it ... !
