study people watch how they react to certian things and their posture, their tone, theis movenemts, what they are wearing. It takes practice, and time. Remember, a single glance can tell you a lot about someone. Try this: sit in the park and watch people, you can even start by watching your family nad feeling what is going on. You will fell a difference that is suttle in the "air" about the area. After you get your family down, move on to strangers and just talk to people. Good luck.
