The immigration problem has nothing todo with race, but rather a problem with people comingintothecountry illegaly.

With the Liberals everything is all about Race to a point that the only time it is ok to Punish a Criminal is if the Criminal is White but if he is Black or Latino then let him get Drunk on fancy French Wine.

Crime is Crime period I do not care if the Criminal or Arresting Officer is Black or White or any other race, the Cops have a job to do and if you break the law you ought to pay for it regardless of Skin Color.

Likewise my opposition to Illegal Immigration applies not just to Mexicans but to all Illegals (even European ones).

Sure I Am a white Anglo male American...So I feel free to debate this issue in a totally non racist way....now at what point in time did we have a immigration problem? I am 45 by the way and am forever amused by people taking on whatever fight the news media drives them to take on.....Now how long has this immigration problem been in existence? I also live in a border state...So what are these issues again? These illegals are draining our budget and hurting the poor Americans.......is that your line? As i previously stated I am 45 and believe it or not the same illegal immigration that went on 30 years ago is pretty much the same as today...20 million illegals didn't suddenly bum-rush the border with WMD's...This issue is brought up by the corporate controlled media to explain why the government cant aide the poor properly while the rich continue getting kickbacks and tax breaks from the government...lol Its the same trickery of blaming the poor for its problems ....welfare its breaking the poor they are feeding the other poor and causing a problem with taxes and costing us all ohhh those damned needy people who wont work...lol while the government spends tax dollars on rich corporations...there laughing at us while they spend spend spend....like drunken sailors denying a minimum age increase and voting themselves a raise...You don't get it do you?

No, the Liberals and Hispanic groups turn this into a racial issue to try and make Americans feel bad. We're doing stuff to fix the problems but it seems like it's always racist to anyone defending illegal immigrants.
This isn't an immigration problem, it's an illegal immigration problem.

Like most other people who have answered this question, I too think it's ridiculous that the race card gets played whenever the immigration issue comes up.

Illegals don't just enter this country illegally, but they provide fraudulent social security numbers in order to obtain work. If a legal American citizen were to provide a false social security number to their employer, they would be prosecuted and would face jail time and fines. It seems that illegals have more rights than legal citizens.

people make faux accusation for a perceived own benefit. it really is is now popular that in case you want to get out of a courting, only accuse the different of relations violence. if you're making the accusation first and the police lay charges which they're compelled to do. this may assure you; Will stay in the abode. Have the youngsters. Be guaranteed a income (Gov income + baby help). A delaying tactic, to furnish you time to get your head at the same time. reason discomfort to the different social gathering. Probably not. Like children who want to use the excuse "You must give *insert name* more *insert item* then me because I am younger then them!", the liberals are trying to make this seem like it is a racial issue. They cry "racism" whenever they know that they are losing an argument to try and "hurt our feelings", just like when six year olds cry "age discrimination". 0__o It disgusts me.

P.S. The Indians came here from Asia, and also were nomadic. With the exceptions of some of the ones who lived in Mexico, South America, and the South east/west, none were very advanced. (And most of the advanced tribes had died out by the time Europeans came.) They also had no marked territory, and it was the age of exploration and conquering. ;)

Amen. I don't understand it either. All I want is for people to come here legally. It has absolutely nothing to do with what race they are. People come here from all over the world. I think they bring up the race thing to try to make us look like we are the bad ones not the illegals.

I SHOULDN'T be a race issue but only a immigration issue. I agree with you on that. But you can not tell me people are not racist. Lots of people that are against illegal immigrants blame EVERYTHING on Mexicans and always make racist comments. I hear it and read it on hear all the time. So sorry you can't sit there and tell me it's not a racist issue cuz underneath it all it is!! I know not all people are racist but as long as there are a group of people making racist comments it's going to be a racist issue!!

I agree, it's not racist to want people to enter OUR country legally.I would hope all sides can come to a solution without the name calling-- How about a national election to vote on 2-3 different solutions? The majority of Americans want to stop this chaos now with strict border control.

Most illegal immigrants are from South America and they do create some social issues because of different culture and values. 'Good citizenship' don't exist because they are here for the money and nothing else matters.
