i must add, i am a very caring person....its only when others express aversion to Christianity, or i get a strong vibe, i feel its not for me to worry about.
(btw...i am a genius, but nice try.)

I would say to be militant about it is a little strong, but Jesus says that we are to go into the world teaching and preaching the gospel, baptizing in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. So, I would think it should make a great deal of difference to you what someone believes; as he also said I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Light - NO man cometh unto the Father, but by me. The capitals are not yelling but for emphasis and I don't know how to make emphasis without using capitals - so if you are saved and you don't feel an unction to spread the gospel, then what good is your salvation? I'm not judging you, I'm simply posing a thought pondering question to you. I can't tell you what is sin and what is not - Jesus can - a reference you might find helpful is James 4:17.

good for you. You are the only type of Christian I can stand. How would you like it if I started to shove Wicca down your throat and told you it was the one true way?
As for it being a sin, I don't know, but if it is a sin I will think less of the Christian religion for being so self-rightous. I believe that every religion os true, but that none ar literal. Every religion has something to offer whether it be with morals or a story.

My Bible has some very clear consequences for Judging, One stands out; Judge not lest you be judged. Since I would like grace for my sins, I don't want to have the consequence of judging someone else. However, it does also say that we are to proclaim the Gospel to all nations. So, I think you can care enough to share your faith, to share to someone who might be suffering, what God has done for you. Finally, trying to push your beliefs, against someone who clearly is not interested, and engage in verbal contests is counter productive. The best way I know to convey the message of the Cross, is to be a living testimony, let my life lead . . .

I don't go around evangelizing either, some of us just aren't cut out for it. I figure if they have questions, they'll ask. It's pretty obvious I'm christian, I wear my cross all the time. And you know, the bible makes it quite clear that Jesus will be the judge, He will judge by the heart. It's not our job to judge others, though many seem to think it is.

not really, you are just being a loving and accepting person, and not making judgments about other people, which according to Romans 2:1, is a sin. being accepting of others is a motto of christian people, and if you want to be a star model christian, don't judge people, but tell them of all the things that are great about god! (when an appropriate situation arrives) if they don't want to hear it, then respect that and back off.

Never a sin to accept someone where they're at, but if God is leading you to share Jesus with that person and you don't, then you have a problem.
Contending for someone's soul is different than being militant. Nobody likes that.

Good honest question!....No not militant, "Love & Concern"!......believers are not to don't push the Gospel on other's but believers are commissioned to share the Gospel to those who are interested in coming to GOD!....so, yes, if you have the Love of GOD in you and Born of God (spiritually) you would want to see the unsaved- Saved, and every opportunity you got you would share the Good News!....After all, that's the Purpose of The Birth, The Death, And The Ressurrection Of Christ!.......Talk to your Pastor about this, he or she can help you understand!.......God Bless!..

The essence of any reading of Christ's life is to care for and love other human beings, isn't it? I don't think it makes any sense to judge people, but of course you should care if you truly think their beliefs will cause them infinite harm in the afterlife. Of course you should help people, but in a way that will help them, not in a way that pushes them from you, or love or the learnings of Jesus's life. (I'm not a Christian.)

I think the only "person" to have the last word on who is "saved" and who isn't is God. He maybe a bit upset with the arrogant "saved" people. I could be wrong but I thought pride was a sin.

I wouldn't use the word militant. Here's a question. Are you really a Christian if you have ZERO heart for the lost?
