You have a very tough decision. But I think the City would be the logical choice as there is so much more there for you to experience.

I say go to New York City. I've been to the Boardwalk and let me tell you this, you will be disappointed. If you there is so much more to do in New York City, however, it is more expensive.

Well if you go to New York City you are right by the ocean and can see both. Because Coney Island and SeaPoint Park are both there off the Manhatten Island Points.

If it were me, it would be New York all the way but that's just because the beaches around (Atlantic City, Ocean City, Dewey etc.) here are disgusting.

Well if you want to gamble go to Atlantic City. Then if you have any money left over go to New York where you will have a better time and say why didnt I come here first?
