Put rubbers on your wiener in the future. This will help to prevent further infections of your wiener when it's out in the fresh air. For now have a doctor take a close look at it ,he will likely provide your wiener with a salve for your wieners' particular problem.

that sounds like a personal problem :) lol...na seriously, try putting triple antibiatic ointment on it, if that doesn't work there is this medication for dogs that treats sores, it's expensive though like $35 a lil bottle, but it works, cheaper then going to the vet, if nothing works, then take him to the vet.
