Oh do I....i won a competition with it.

1)Rub the pork chop with mesquite seasoning and salt and pepper

2)Put a little olive oil very little in skillet...make sure it is hot first. Then sear both sides to lock in flavor...it should leave kinda burnt stuff on the bottom its the seasonings.

3)Put the pork chop in a pan with a roasting rack

4)Take Dr. Pepper and pour in the skillet to get the stuff out and pour over the pork chops all of it.

5)Roast the porkchops til they are done....they will be so juicy.

This was really easy to make, and we loved it! For a big family, just add more chops and potatoes. If you use thinner chops, bake for a shorter time.

Roasted Pork Chops with Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 to 4 boneless thick pork chops, about 3/4 to 1-inch thick
2 tablespoons flour
Creole seasoning
4 to 6 medium red potatoes, peeled or not, cut in 1/2-inch thick wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle the chops with Cajun seasoning then flour. Add to the hot pan. Fry for a few minutes on each side, until nicely browned. Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with a little Cajun seasoning and pepper then add to the pan.

Add garlic. Toss to coat with the oil and garlic. Fry for just a few minutes, then remove everything to a baking dish. Drain off any excess oil, then deglaze the skillet with the chicken broth, scraping bits off the bottom. Bring to a boil then pour the liquid over the chops and potatoes. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
Serves 2 to 4.

Crispy Oven Baked Chops

6 pork loin chops, approx. 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick
1 box corn flakes, crushed, or 1 box corn flake crumbs
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons black pepper (preferably freshly ground)
1 tablespoon rubbed sage
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup flour

Combine the corn flake crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and sage together in a large flat pan. Mix well. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl. Pour the flour into a large bowl. Take one chop and dip it into the flour, followed by the egg and finally the corn flake mixture. Set it aside on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and repeat the procedure for the remaining 5 chops. Place the chops on the middle rack of a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees for medium.

Break an egg or two in a bowl, dip the pork chop in there. Then cover each on in breadcrumbs + your favorite spices. Cook at 425 for 20-30 minutes depending on how many you have. Bam, oven fried porkchops that take a whole 5 minutes to prepare.

This is the only way I eat pork chops or chicken breasts.

Mix one cup of bread or soda cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 2 tsps. onion powder (Not onion salt).

Beat one egg with a bit of evaporated milk. Dip pork chops in mixture and then roll in crumb mixture. I like to double dip them but it's not necessary meaning dip them in egg mixture again and then in crumbs again. Refrigerate for about half an hour but again if you're in a hurry you can skip this step.

Melt butter or margarine over low heat in a non stick pan, place chops in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook over low heat until golden brown then flip and do the same on the other side.

The crumbs will prevent the juices from the meat from coming out which is what makes meat tough *stewing in it's own juice*. The pork chops will be so tender you will be able to cut them with your fork.

Enjoy!

Throw the pork chops in a baking pan, mix a couple cans of cream of mushroom soup with a can of milk and pour over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and let it bake about an hour at 350 degrees and you're done. Very simple and they taste great. I made them last night and everyone loved them. The longer you bake them, the more tender they are.

depends how in depth u wanna go, but season it with your favorite Italian spices, add some paprika (very little), and a bit of red pepper (even less) fry that up till almost done. cook off some noodles, any type, and layer them with some cream of mushroom, some veggies, and maybe a bit of tomato sauce lasagna style in a pan, bake until the pork is done and eat. it looks like its hard, but its the easiest and best tasting pork chop recipe that i know.

I went to a cooking class at Farmer John. I could cut my pork chops with a fork, they were so tender. Check out their website for cool recipes.
