What some may percieve as a sexual act in the animal kingdom is not really so. What happens is 1 of several different things. It could be the one male is trying to show dominance over the other. It could be a form of socialization also. Most pet shops, and experts would say that it is best to seperate male parrots because what starts out a show of dominance ( like humping the other one) can turn into something much more violent. I would suggest seperating the males to prevent this from happening.

What you are explaing as "gay" behavior is nothing more than a bonding in the parrot world.I have worked with birds for many years and the is no such thing as "gay" birds.Has the bird you are referring to as gay been surgically sexed to make sure it is male/female and the bird it wants to mate with been surgically sexed for gender as well? Also you don't list what kind of parrots these are.Greys, cockatoos, macaws, etcstheys all act different and the enviroment can have alot to do with the behavior also. Aggressive behavior is normal in an alpha male/female this time of the year as we are in breeding season for many parrots.

He's not gay. Animals - besides humans - aren't like that. Maybe he's feeling lonely and really wants companionship. The only way to deal with it is to get him a younger girl parrot or see a vet for counseling on how to fix the problem.

i'm 24 and nonetheless havent got here across a first rate boyfriend. there are multiple losers accessible.. basically be conscious. in case you get out and approximately in gay bars or meet different gay men, positively you will finally end up making 'friends' and ksising, cuddling and so on. in case you're searching for a boyfriend you will no longer discover one however. basically be conscious and don't confuse love with intercourse. And for gods sake don't get your self into circumstances the place you're too inebriated or drugged up and finally end up having intercourse which you remorseful approximately. extremely of the unprotected style, as there are various, many deadly and unpleasent ailments flying around. in case you desire a boyfriend, fill your existence with issues that make you happy, reliable friends, events, something that fulfills you. In turn you will meet reliable people who appreciate you. intercourse/kissing somebody/doing different stuff would not equivalent a relationship.

I thinks so too, stick it w/ the girl. Or get another younger girl parrot, and how do you know its gay??? Sometimes that happens, ppl think their pets are gay, but if you stick it w/ the opposite sex, then they go for that.
