It depends on how well you want the yolk to be. I like mine almost well done, so once the white starts to bubble and "dance" i flip it, then i flip it again to make sure both sides are cooked well. My son likes his over easy, so again i wait until the white starts to bubble and then i flip his , wait about 25 seconds and then it's done. hope this helps.
