I dont know about the tea, but I know people who have gone two weeks on just water before. The only problem they had was when they started eating again. They had to start eating stuff that is easy to digest, like crackers, for the first day after fasting.

Fasting doesn't mean not eating anything. It means not eating some types of foods, like meat, animal products in general, and not drinking alcohol. It is just like being a vegetarian, but for a shorter period of time. I am fasting two days a week, each week, and every important fast, but I feel much better. By fasting you reduce your body fat and the colesterole.

HELL! that's absolutely pushing yourself to danger!
When u fast ur body has to face a stressful condition,ur immune system is disturbed and u can have serious diseases.
Its better to take only raw or boiled fruits and vegetables, just for a week and only after complete medical checkup, give ur body a brake by taking grilled or steam meat and egg and milk for 2 days and again a week of fruits and vegs. but remember no fasting!
DON'T LET THE RED LIGHT BLOW !!

And you call yourself smart?
You must be speaking of outer beauty only with your user name considering your hideous attitude.
Looks like you are more concerned with being anorexic and rude than with edifying others, as a Christian is supposed to do.
Anyway, yes, it is dangerous... so I hope you try it, and if you do... make it for at least 5 days, K?

I think you can safely do it for a week with no long term health problems. But it is a crummy way to lose weight because your system thinks you are starving. Good for a spiritual practice. Bad for weight loss.

no, it's actually healthy to fast and clean the body and rid it of toxins, but don't do it all the time and go crazy with it. Every so often is good. But, don't do it for weight loss.
here's some sites more on it-
